Subscription Plus app is a the best way for a merchant to create subscriptions and recurring billing options on their Shopify store. Our app is a perfect solution for recurring orders with secure billing options using Shopify Native Checkout. A merchant can offer Subscription/Prepay options to their customers on specific products.

Rather than chasing one-time sales, why not build a subscription based offers for your customers and improvise your stores conversion rate.

Our Application works only with the Shopify Payments, PayPal Express Checkout, and Authorize.net payment gateway. So please enable atleast any one Payment processor from your Shopify store's Payment Settings.

The subscriptions options will only be displayed if the Shopify Payments/PayPal Express Checkout/Authorize.net is activated from store's payment settings.

NOTE:Only the users from limited number of countries can enable the Shopify Payments in their Shopify store.

The trial period offered with this app is 30 days. The trial period is managed by Shopify Billing team via Billing API so it would be difficult to extend the trial period.

There is no cost to setup or install Subscription Plus on Shopify. Our Merchant Success team are always available to walk you through the steps needed to get the Subscriptions Plus up and running on your store.

With the current version of application there's no such possibility of customizing the Manage Subscriptions page. But, our team is already working on the APIs and theme engine which will provide the ability to a user to get their

Yes, a user can find the language settings under the settings menu in the app.

Currently this functionality isn't available with the application. But with the Phase-2 release a store customer will have all the options to control their subscriptions.

Currently, our application isn't integrated with any Page Builder applications. But we'll surely work with these apps for integrations in near future.

Email

Sending email domain can be configured in App Settings -> Email -> Email configuration. You need to add From Name, From email, Reply to email, Host, Port, User Name, Password and, select encryption type (TLS or SSL) in the settings. You can test the connection by clicking on the "Test Connection" button. SMTP details will stored once you click on the Save button. If details are not saved then the connection is unsuccessful.

Emails can be edited in App Settings -> Email -> Notifications. Just click on the email you want to edit.

While customizing the email templates, you can use the available Shopify variables which will fetch the data from your store.

Subscription Plan

You can offer Subscription and Prepay option to your customers. In subscription option, a customer will be charged on as per their subscription billing date and in Prepay option, a customer will be charged the entire amount of the subscription while placing the order.

Currently, there isn't any built-in option to hide/remove the one-time charge option from the products that are selected for subscriptions but we can hide the One-time charge button via CSS. Please reach out to our support team on support@subscrptionplus.io and we'll there for your help.

Yes, of course. You can configure the discount in the Subscription Plan configuration.

You can offer "% discount","$(amount) discount" and, "Fixed Price" discount offers to your customers.

The subscription plan is a simple configuration, which defines to which products will the customers be able to subscribe, which intervals will the customers be able to select, the discount you are willing to give your subscribers and so on.

The Order Frequency is a configuration where you can define the Selling plan name, Discount Option & value, Order frequency, Frequency Type (Day, Week, Month & Year), Auto expiration of Subscription plan, and Minimum order threshold for cancelling the subscription.

You can change the texts used in the customer portal in App settings -> Language. Every text which appears in the customer portal can be found there. Everything else can be modified through custom CSS rules.

Navigate to the settings page in the application and then under the Subscription Widget you'll find an option to select the Standard or Modern template.

Subscription Orders

Yes, a new order will be created in your Shopify store everytime the subscription order is processed.
