Dashboard


An interactive dashboard that provides the statistics of the Subscriptions.

  • Total Recurring Revenue
    It displays the value of total recurring revenue (in your store currency) generated by the subscription app.
  • Total Failed
    It displays the total value (in your store currency) of failed subscriptions.
  • Total Active Subscriptions
    It displays the total #no of active Subscriptions.
  • Recurring Graph Visualization
    This graph shows a graphical visualization of your recurring revenue generated from the Subscription app.
  • Subscription Graph Visualization
    This graph shows a graphical visualization of the total #no of subscriptions.
  • Automatically add/remove Snippets
    From this section, a user can select a specific theme to add/remove the app snippets automatically.

Plans


Displays the lists of the plans that are created by the merchant for the subscription.

Add New / Manage Plan

 


Plan Specification
Add New/Manage Plan page lets the user add/modify the subscription plan as per their preference.

A user has to specify the Plan Internal Name for their understanding. This name won’t be displayed anywhere on the Storefront.

Display Name is what a user needs to specify in such a way that it can be easier for their customers to understand the Subscription plan and the offer(s) associated with it.

Subscription Options provide an ability to the user to define the plan type they would like to offer. A user can either choose the Subscription type or Prepay type option.

Subscription Detail box is the area where users can add the description of their subscription plan. It will be displayed within the tooltip with the Subscription Display Name.

Manage Order Frequency
A user can add one or more Selling Plan for their Subscription/Prepay Plan

- Selling plan name is the name of the plan defined by the user for their own identification of the selling plan. The selling plan name won’t be displayed anywhere in the storefront to the customers.

- Discount Option offers 3 types of selection to a merchant to offer to their customers via the Selling plan they create for the subscriptions. The Discount Options a merchant can offer are $ OFF, % OFF, and Fixed Price discounts.

- In the Discount Value field, merchants can define the value of the discount that they want to offer with the selling plan.

- Order Frequency for the selling plan can be defined in terms of Day(s), Week(s), Month(s), and Year(s) as per their preference.

- Auto Expire After X Delivery is the field where the merchant can set the auto expiration for the selling plan and it can be set after the X number of deliveries.

- In Minimum #no of order for cancellation, merchants can set the threshold value of the delivered orders after which a customer can have an option to cancel their subscriptions.

Associate Products

Users will have an option to select the products later for the subscription plan. Selected product(s) will be marked with a red border if the product(s) are already associated with previously added plans.

Products


The Products page will display a list of products that are associated with the plans.

- Users will get the insight of Plan Name, Subscriptions, and Gross sale associated with the listed product(s).

- Users will also be able to Edit/View/Delete the product from the associated plans from this page.

- A user will be able to add the product(s) to any of the existing subscription/plan by clicking on the Add new button on the top right corner in the app window.


Customers


This page displays the lists of the customers that currently subscribed/active and inactive to the subscription plans.

- Users can click on the Customer Name to check the customer profile created with the Subscription Plus app.

Below is the example of how the Customer Profile looks like in the application.

Orders


Displays a list of Orders with the total number of Fulfilled, Unfulfilled, and Failed Orders.

- Users will get the insight of Plan Name, Subscriptions, and Gross sale associated with the listed product(s).

- Users will also be able to Edit/View/Delete the product from the associated plans from this page.


Settings


General

The first options a user will observe in the General Settings is to manage the Payment Retrial for Failed Payments. A user can the days for the retrying the failed payments and the maximum attempts that can be made to collect the payments.

 

Users will get an option to control the actions that are made available to their customers after the purchase of subscription.

The options that can be controlled to made available on the Customer's Subscription Dashboard are as follows:

  • Shipping details
    This setting will allow customers to update their shipping details.
  • Update quantity
    This setting will allow customers to update quantity of subscription item.
  • Add more subscription products to this existing subscription
    This setting will allow customers to add more product to their subscription.
  • Add more one time purchase item to the subscription (One time upsell)
    This setting will allow customers to add more onetime product to their subscription. A user can select a specific collection for one time product.
  • Change variant
    This setting will allow customers to change variant of their subscription item.
  • Swap product
    This setting will allow customers to swap subscription item.
  • Skip shipment
    This setting will allow customers to modify billing date of the subscription.
  • Edit frequency
    This setting will allow customers to update frequency of the subscription.
  • Cancel subscription
    This setting will allow customers to cancel subscriptions(recommended). if this setting is disable, customer will have to contact you.
  • Discount code
    This setting will allow customers to apply/change discount code.

Along with this, users will also get an option to add additional JS and CSS for the manage subscription page, and select the theme.

The other options that users get is to control the subscription widget. They can choose the default option for subsctiption widget and define the text color for the same. They also get an option to enable/disable the 'Terms & Conditions' checkbox and add the link to their 'Terms & Conditions' page.

App Proxy option is their to define the Prefix and Path of the manage subscriptions page.

NOTE: Users are requested to update the Proxy settings in the About Page of the application that can be accessed from the App listing page of your Shopify store.

 

Email

User can make the Email Configuration settings to control the e-mail notifications sent to your customers in response to a specific event.

NOTE: If users don't make any configuration then all the emails will be sent by default from our subsriptions app. Customers will receive the emails from no-reply@mail.subscriptionplus.net

Users will have options to enable/disable the Customer and Store Owner notification emails.

And by clicking on the email a user can edit the template of the email.

Language

 

Here users can input the required values to change the language for your storefront, including messages and buttons on the screen.
